I began my career as a special education teacher before fulfilling a life dream of earning a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology with a specialization in faculty development. For the past 10 years, I have worked in a university setting with teachers and professors to help them achieve their teaching and career goals. Until recently, my coaching practice primarily focused on helping new professors navigate the early stages of their academic careers. But recently, other women have been seeking out the wisdom I have acquired during the journey called Life. Being the playful sort, I was in the process of writing a personal development guidebook for women about the wisdom we can glean from fairy tales when the idea of being a Fairy Godmother Life Coach struck me. My life has been nothing short of magical since finding my true calling as a mentor. My coaching style can best be described as being that of your favorite teacher and mentor. I will guide you when necessary but I will primarily help you find your answers within yourself. Through the mentoring relationship, I will inspire you, support you, and hold you to your vision while you create a reality that may have been impossible to achieve on your own.
